How do I order a bespoke snare or kit?

Fill out our Quote Form or email us to discuss your specs. From there we will organise and process your order.

Do you have any in stock drums?

We sure do! Check out our In stock Drums page to see what is currently available.

Where can I buy Evetts Drums?

Currently we deal directly with our customers. There are select stores which carry a selection of our drums, contact us for more details.

Do I need a deposit?

Yes, all bespoke orders need a 50% deposit to enter production. The remaining 50% is due on completion. This is a non refundable deposit.

How long will my order take?

Lead times for Bespoke orders vary depending on specifications, availability of materials and production schedules at the time of ordering. As a general rule Bespoke snare drums take up to 4 months and drum kits take up to 6-8 months.

Can I change my specs after I pay the 50% deposit?

Once you place a Bespoke order with us we order the materials and parts needed to build your drums. Because of this we are unable to accept changes to your order once the deposit is paid.

Do you colour match?

Due to the nature of materials we work we are unable to guarantee exact pantone colour matches. Contact us to discuss in more detail.

Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! We ship worldwide all the time. Please see the Shipping Information page for more information.

Why do I get charged import taxes and duty on international orders?

International orders may be subject to import taxes and duties, which vary by country. These fees are determined by local Customs and are not included in our shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for any charges, so we recommend contacting your local Customs office for details. Evetts Drums is not responsible for these charges.

Do you offer endorsement deals?

Currently we do not offer official endorsements. We love working with and supporting the drummers who chose to play and support our drums. Every drummer we work with gets the same attention and respect that they deserve.

How should I store my drums:

Proper storage is essential to protect your drums from damage and temperature extremes. When transporting or storing your drums, we recommend using cases or padded bags for added protection. If your drums are set up for extended periods, consider keeping them covered. Avoid exposing your drums to direct sunlight or UV light, as this can affect the finish over time. Choose a dry, moderate environment, as damp or cold areas may impact the durability and appearance of the drum’s finish.

Do I need to tighten the hardware on my Evetts Drums?

Rarely! All hardware on Evetts Drums is thread-locked to ensure everything stays secure during play and to help protect the lacquer finish. Avoid over tightening, especially around tube lugs, as it can damage the finish.

How do I maintain the finish on the drum?

Our Smooth Satin and Gloss finishes are crafted to be tough and durable, providing a premium look that holds up under frequent use. To keep these finishes looking their best, follow these simple guidelines:

  • Cleaning: For regular care, gently wipe down the surface with a slightly damp cloth. This will remove dust and smudges without altering the finish.

  • Avoid Polishes on Satin Finishes: Do not use polish products on satin finishes, as this can “buff” the surface and alter the finish’s natural gloss level.

  • Avoid Harsh Chemicals: While our finishes offer strong resistance to impact, heat, water, oil, and alcohol, avoid using harsh cleaning chemicals. Any product containing silicon can soften the coating, complicating repairs if needed in the future. Additionally, avoid products with ammonia, as it can cloud the coating.

Following these steps will help maintain the original quality and appearance of your Evetts drum’s finish.

Do my drums come with a warranty?
